I want to share a little something you might want to try. 

Soybean milk, made of pure plant produce. Very nutritious and affordable. Ingredients to prepare it are available in every geographical area. 

The milk is made up of tiger nut(aya), groundnut, and soybeans. These foods are very nutritious to the body. For those who don't take sugar for one reason or the other, this milk is naturally sweet. 

The procedures for preparation are listed below. Remember you are what you eat. 

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING SOYBEAN MILK

INGREDIENTS

- Soybeans 3 cups

- Tiger nut 3 cups

- Groundnut 2 cups

- Ginger (optional) 

PROCEDURE

1 Measure your soybeans into a separate bowl and soak for 24 hours. 

2 Rinse the soybeans (do not remove the coat).

3 Into a clean pot put the washed soybeans and groundnut and boil with little quantity of water for 10min.

4 Allow to cool then add the washed tiger nut and ginger. 

5 Blend the mixture together. 

6 Sieve with a proper material to separate the juice from the chaff. Be careful with the amount of water you use, you don't want a watery texture. 

7 To another clean pot, pour the juice and heat to pasteurise. 

8 Allow to cool and serve. 

NOTE: Do not store in the freezer to avoid coagulation.
